Projects
Bileća 1 combines about 270 MW of solar with storage. Smaller solar-plus-battery units are planned at the Kakanj and Tuzla thermal plant sites as utilities reuse coal land and grid connections.
Why co-locate
A shared connection means one grid study and one line. The battery shifts midday solar into the evening and reduces curtailment when the local grid is full.
